Fred and I were invited by Missy Blair and Rich Blair to take part in the Berks County Wine Trail Cheese Pairing weekend. What a beautiful new facility they opened this summer. They have 20 acres of grapes at the new location and 10 acres at the site of their former tasting room! The vineyard was impeccibly manicured and looks beautiful. The views from there are amazing – I didn’t know that the Kutztown area was so hilly and rolling! Their wines are excellent – we brought home their Chardonnay Reserve and Pinot Noir. Missy was pairing our Roasted Garlic Chevre with the Chardonnay Reserve and our Pumpkin Spice Chevre with the Pinot Noir. Excellent choices.
